What is the life of a double degree student like? This is a question we will try to answer by showing you the news of our students.

Life on campus, the return to France, but also the various conferences that students attend, all of this will be presented to you here.

LIVING IN ESSEX, WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

The University of Essex is the place that represents the heart of our double degree. Each student studies there for two years. For most of us, the small town of Colchester which welcomes us is full of good memories and emotions. But what is life like there  ?

About 15  000 students roam the campus every day. This campus is large, has a large number of  seminar rooms, courses. Several university residences exist and allow students in the first year of the double degree to create links with students from all over the world. A multitude of places also exist in order to meet  : the university library, restaurants, bars or nightclubs  ! The University of Essex is hosted by the pretty town of Colchester.

Here is a short video from this university to give you an idea of the atmosphere on campus.

AND THE FRENCH UNIVERSITIES? WHAT IS LIFE LIKE IN TOULOUSE? PARIS ? LYON?

Toulouse  : Toulouse life is reputed to be pleasant. Double degree students who finish their studies in Toulouse have the chance to live near the university, in the sun and to enjoy a city with welcoming inhabitants. The Capitol University is located in the city center, which makes it possible to diversify the activities, outings and other possibilities for students.

Here is a video of the city, which will allow you to see what life is like in our dear pink city  !

Lyon III:  Lyon III University is particularly  recognized for the quality of its legal education, but it is also good to live in this big city in which  you feel at home.

The campus is divided into several sites: that of the Manufacture des Tabacs, located  in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, just fifteen minutes from the city center  thanks to public transport. (For L3 students) And the Quais campus, which is at its heart  from Lyon, on the banks of the Rhône. (For Masters students).

Like the others, the University has many associative and sporting possibilities for a change of air between classes.

Nanterre : The faculty of Paris is the only one among the three partner universities to have a campus proper.

There are therefore lawns, sports fields, a cafeteria, and even a sports hall!

Many associations organize events on campus throughout the year: barbecues, sales of  cakes ... not much different from Essex in the end.

Located in the Parisian suburbs, Nanterre is served by the RER A, which will become the great friend of young people from Nanterre.
