Where did you study in France?
Lyon

What are the full titles of your License 3 and Master 1?
Law degree - private law specialization
Master 1 International Law

What is the full title of your post-Double Degree training?
License 3 History of Art and Archeology - Intensive course, Panthéon-Sorbonne University

Why did you choose this training?
I chose the Sorbonne Intensive Course because it allows, in just one year, to obtain a License in History of Art and Archeology, essential to take the auctioneer competition. In addition, after having studied English and French law for four years, the fact that this selective training is short and internationally recognized is appreciable.

Was the Double-Diploma useful to you in obtaining your choice? Why ?

I think that the Double Diploma was useful for me to be selected for the Intensive Course, insofar as it makes it possible to stand out from students with a more traditional and uniquely French course. It attests to a great capacity for adaptation as well as the ability to manage a heavy workload, two essential qualities to be accepted directly in the third year of the License.

What are your professional projects?
My professional plan is to become an auctioneer specializing in contemporary art.

What advice (s) would you give to double degree students as part of their post-double degree research?
I would advise students not to hesitate to apply for courses that interest them, even if they are not legal and do not seem a priori to be a continuation of the course. The Double-Diploma is a training that opens many doors!

Graduate, and then what?

This portrait is part of the "Graduate, and then what?" Series, a project of the Association aimed at  create a “portfolio” of post-double-degree opportunities using a questionnaire circulated to the graduating class (2013-2017). Thanks to the latter, we wish to demonstrate the diversity of the double-degree opportunities in order, among other things, to promote training among high school students and employers, as well as to be able to help double-degree students in their academic choices and professionals. See our article “ Graduate, and then what? ” For the results of our survey.
