Alumni work for subjects in Essex (L1 and L2)

The goal of this project undertaken by the 2019-2020 office of the Association is to bring together here the work of double degree students who have a good mark (above 65/100) in their homework during the first two years of the DD , namely the two years spent in Essex.

Indeed, during these two years, the major part of the student's evaluation is not done by partial end of semester as in France, but by dissertations to be returned. The subject is emailed to students a  months before the deadline,  date when  you will have to return your homework to the subject. In English law, they are mostly essay questions (dissertations), or problem questions (practical cases). In French law, these can be dissertations, judgment comments, or even practical cases.

These two years are common to all students of the double degree, unlike the following two which take place in the partner faculties, which each apply their own assessment method. It seemed to us  essential to bring together work in several  subjects, in order to help the students in their revisions: the homework is a concrete example of what is expected for the type of exercise concerned, and can also give indications on the style or the structure to be adopted.

NOTICE - Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in universities, and can be punished very heavily (expulsion). The work is here to help in understanding a theme or a writing method. In any case is it possible to copy the works of the old ones. We would like to remind you that the students who passed  their work did so for the sole purpose of helping students, out of kindness, and obviously do not wish to be involved in sanctions for plagiarism. A simple copy / paste sentence is enough to characterize the plagiarism.

If you are not sure  that your behavior complies with the rules concerning plagiarism, do not hesitate to send an e-mail or a message to the Association which will answer you as soon as possible.
